HONEST ANGUS (4) ran below expectations last time at Evangeline Downs (Dirt), finishing sixth and beaten 14 lengths starting at 13/2. Tackling a more suitable race this time so she is a major player. ROAR OF SILENCE (2) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish one length back in second over 7½f at Louisiana Downs Turf (Turf). Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. TUCK CHECK (7) won at this track and distance at her last outing ten weeks ago. Worth plenty of thought. PHAROAHS BABY GYAL (8) has been freshened up since a disappointing fifth two months ago over 1m at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. One of the better hopes.
