THE JESTER'S SON (5) lines up for the first time since October 4. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 7f at Kalgoorlie. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with four minor placings from four tries. Comes here with definite top-three claims. VEVINSKY (6) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when eighth over 1m at this track after being up on the pace until straightening. Good enough on his day and can run a bold race.
