Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Expected to be in the finish. I AM SPARTACUS (1) ran on strongly only to just miss when when resuming last start over 6f at this track. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Is yet to be beaten in two starts at this course and distance. Nicely placed to take this out. COCOON BAY (4) scored narrowly over 5½f at this track last time out with this jockey Natasha Faithfull in the irons. Big weight drop so she should run well. KALLAROO (5) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when he was beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth over 5½f at this track. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
