TRUE CHANCE (1) resumed over 6½f at this track last start and was too good for his rivals, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Fitter for that last hitout and is expected to feature in the finish. HOT PUDDIN (3) last appeared two months ago over 7f at Bunbury when he finished 14th. This is his first run for the Josh Brown stable. Expect him to pose a serious challenge. MILITARY ACTION (4) is back at the races for the first time since July 14. Scored over 7f at Kalgoorlie to launch the last campaign. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
