POLITICS (1) made progress last time out, finishing 2. 5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m at this track. Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise. HUTCHINSON (4) finished 4 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being prominent at the bend over 1m at this track, an improvement on his sixth at Churchill Downs the run before. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. SURFIN' M (8) was comfortably accounted for when sixth last time out over 1m at this track, beaten 40 lengths. That followed a win at Churchill Downs at the previous outing. Enjoys a drop in grade so he can return to the winners' list. FITZGERALD (2) booted up from the inside draw to lead last start and went on to score by 10 lengths at this track (Dirt) over 1m. In the mix.
