SHATTUCK (5) last appeared eight days ago over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Steven Asmussen stable. One of the better hopes. BRAVE BLEND (11) improved last time out, finishing 7 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m at Churchill Downs after being in contention on the turn. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. POOL GUY (9) was in contention on the corner and finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 1m at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Turf), beaten 1.5 lengths. Must raise the bar but he has the talent to test this line-up.
