LORD CODA (4) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5¾f at Geelong, beaten 4.5 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but with added fitness he is good enough to take this out. BAMA SLAMA (2) was well in the market on debut last start but could only manage seventh at Geelong over 5¾f. In the mix. I AM POPULAR (9) failed to threaten at her first outing last time out, finishing tenth over 5f at Sandown-Hillside. Should appreciate the extra ground this time.
