Race Tip

BEREZKA (4) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 19 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 6f at Doomben, beaten 1. 75 lengths. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. MIDNIGHT SPIRIT (2) lines up for the first time since December 27. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5f at this track. Comes here with definite claims. CHATTERLEY (8) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6½f at Wyong. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with three minor placings. Has found the right race and is worth including. SIESTA (10) finished second over 6¾f at Doomben last time out following a determined win when fresh from a lay-off two runs back. Should park just off the speed. One of the better hopes.
