PANOVA (1) was given a short break after winning over 1m2f in the G1 Australasian Oaks at Morphettville. Kept ticking over since that run with a trial at Warwick Farm. Strong winning chance. SOVERATO (6) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 2. 5 lengths away in sixth over 1m2f in the G2 The Roses at Doomben. Outdashed but got home well and looks suited by the extra ground. Sure to be tough to hold out. GRAND OMAHA (7) fought on for third last start over 1m2f in the G2 The Roses at Doomben, making it three minor placings in a row. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the challenge. FIREBALL MISS (3) built on a nice third two starts back in the LR Gold Coast Bracelet with a win over 1m2f in the G2 The Roses at Doomben two weeks ago, getting home by 1. 4 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
