CHEVAL CHIC (6) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at this track but raced below expectations last time over 6f at Doomben, finishing ninth and beaten 7 lengths. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the challenge. JUST PRECIOUS (9) finished 2. 5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5f at this track when when resuming from a lay-off. Tackles a longer journey this time. Good record at this journey with two wins and two minor placings from six starts and is right in the mix. BLUE SPINEL (4) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has four placings from seven starts this prep, finishing a head away in second most recently over 6f at Doomben. One of the contenders.
