RAMP IT UP (2) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 1. 5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 6¾f at Doomben two-and-a-half weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Commendable record at this trip with a win and two minor placings and is right in this. ECLAIR AWESOME (4) was prominent at the turn and finished second last time over 1m at this track, beaten 1. 75 lengths. Must raise the bar but she has the talent to test this line-up. DETRIMENTAL (3) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 1m1/4f at Doomben. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and three minor placings from five starts. Best form too good to ignore.
