MISS FORCE (11) resumed last start over 4f and finished second at Ipswich, a nose from the winner. Weight reduction will suit. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will play a major role. MELDUBIOUS (2) is a four-year-old gelding on debut by Dubious from the stakes winner Melrose Place who has been a fine producer including winners at black type level. Coming along well at the trials with a win at his most recent at Deagon. Has fared well at the stall draw and should be about the money. CLIODHNA MAEVE (5) could only manage fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5½f at Doomben, beaten just 0.8 lengths. Another forward showing is anticipated.
