FASHION FLASH (11) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third over 6f at Sunshine Coast. Likely improver who should go well. RISING RUBY (16) is a two-start maiden who returned last time and finished sixth at Toowoomba over 5½f, beaten 3.5 lengths. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time. ZELEZNY (4) finished third last time over 5¼f at Gold Coast Poly when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 2.25 lengths. Must raise the bar but a big run will not surprise.
