BROADSIDING (1) champagne Stakes winner. Returns from a short break after winning over 1m in the G1 Champagne Stakes at Randwick six weeks ago. Shouldn't lack fitness after a recent Randwick trial placing. Well-placed and is expected to prove hard to beat. Group 2 placegetter EL MORZILLO (16) is a locally trained filly who just missed last time when a long neck away in second in the G2 Champagne Classic at Doomben over 6f. Should be in the finish again. BRUTAL BOWLER (14) came from well back on the bend and hit the line strongly to score over 7f at Sunshine Coast last time out. Tougher company here but he should be involved in the finish. ANGEL CAPITAL (12) ran fifth at his latest appearance over 6f at Doomben, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner as favourite. Can give this a shake.
