ABSOLUTELY YES (2) is a promising type who scored at his last run before a break 11 weeks ago over 7½f in Group 3 grade at Kenilworth. Has never been out of the placings when resuming from two tries. Juan Paul V'd Merwe has scored on him two times and is back in the saddle. Among the leading chances. CAPTAIN WEST (4) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at Kenilworth two starts back then scored by 1.5 lengths last time out over 7f at Kenilworth. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to score again. ROLAND GARROS (3) is back from a break of 11 weeks. Scored back-to-back wins before running below his best at the last run of the prep, finishing seventh over 7½f at Group 3 level at Kenilworth. Bold showing expected. AIR RAID (6) dug deep to score two runs back then was beaten 6 lengths into eighth over 7f at Kenilworth last time five-and-a-half weeks ago. Should be poised just off the lead. One of the better hopes.
