GOOFINATOR (3) found the line nicely last start to get up for third over 1m2 3/4f at Goulburn. Can go on with it. CASINO STAGE (1) was in a different class last time, sitting just off the speed before letting down impressively for a 2.25 lengths win at Mudgee over 1m2f. Will be tough to rein in again. PINOT NERO (7) turned in an eye-catching run last start over 1m at Scone, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to finish third. Warrants plenty of respect. IT IS TO BE (4) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has three placings from six starts this campaign, finishing a head away in second most recently over 1m2 3/4f at Goulburn. Right in this.
