ALPINE KANDY (3) is back at the races for the first time since October 17. Scored over 1m3f at Scone to launch the last campaign. Comes here with definite claims. MRS BULL (4) built on a nice second two starts back at Parkes with a win as public elect over 1m at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Nicely placed to make it two on the bounce. MS REEVES (5) did little and finished 2 lengths from the winner in eighth over 6½f at Orange last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at this track the run before. Has the ability to produce a better result. OAKFIELD PINTO (1) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 7½f at Port Macquarie. Placed to advantage and can run a better race.
