COMPELLING TRUTH (5) was a dominant winner last time over 5f at this track, getting home by 5.5 lengths. Form this campaign has been strong with three wins to his credit. Bold showing expected. BLITZAR (2) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 1.75 lengths over 6f at Parkes. Will be better for that latest run and another big run will not surprise. IRON HAT (3) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 1.5 lengths when he gave away a big start on the bend over 5f at Gunnedah. Looks well placed so expect another big run. GOLD LOVER (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Scone, beaten 6 lengths into 11th. Nicely placed to find some form.
