COMPELLING TRUTH (1) could only manage 12th last start over 5½f at Rosehill, beaten 7 lengths. Hard to knock form this course having never missed the frame including two wins and one placing. Bold showing expected. ANNYANME (4) is a talented type yet to taste defeat after two runs this campaign, the latest over 4½f at Wellington. Hard to fault on recent runs. CANDID (7) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when 13th over 6f at Quirindi, beaten 7 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot make amends. POCKET SAGE (2) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 6 lengths away in tenth over 5f at Muswellbrook. Finds a nice race and can atone.
