Race Tip

LUKER'S TIPPLE (7) holds most experience in this field with seven hurdle starts. Yet to win while finished sixth in the Listed Lartigue Handicap Hurdle at Listowel. Drops in grade. Leading chance. Stablemate BARRYS SPIRIT (4) improved from a ninth at Roscommon on debut to finish fourth here three weeks ago. Interesting delivering initial hurdle outing. TROPICAL TWIST (12) was a respectable fifth on hurdle debut last week at Gowran Park coming on slightly from when debuting at this track. Represents a leading jockey and trainer combination. Not discounted. BLACK GEM (5) warrants thought after placing third behind a subsequent winner at Kilbeggan.
