A tentative chance is taken on IRISH CHAMP (10) who has made gradual progress in all three starts under rules and looks to have potential on handicap debut. Needs more than the last two performances at Ayr but that can't be ruled out. NEEDS MUST (4) had finally got off the mark at Fairyhouse by 3. 5L before falling at Punchestown six weeks ago. Needs to put that behind him but retains plenty of scope for improvement. LONG BRANCH (1) faces a tough ask off his heavy weight but has run well this winter and should prove hard to pass. CAMPBELL BLACK (5) scored on handicap debut narrowly last month and isn't dismissed.
