I AM LOUIE (1) has started twice, missing the frame on debut then doing a better job to finish second last time, beaten a neck over 1m1/4f at this track. The blinkers go on. Can get off the mark this time. PARADISE AS USUAL (7) is still a maiden after nine starts. Could only manage to finish sixth last time out over 1m at Eagle Farm following a minor placing at Eagle Farm over 1m1f the run prior. Cannot be left out of calculations. RUSTY TYCOON (4) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m1/4f at Ipswich, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role. OUR MATE LOCKY (3) was in the money two starts back at Ipswich but was unable to repeat the effort last time when sixth, beaten 7 lengths, at this track over 6¾f. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
