DAVIKAR (8) improved sharply on her fourth two starts back at Sunshine Coast with a win as favourite over 6¾f at Ipswich two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 0. 6 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. TEN DEEP (4) was well supported when resuming last time out over 6f at this track and proved too strong, scoring by a nose. ARIAT (6) drifted back from her wide draw last start then hit the line hard to score by a nose at Eagle Farm over 7f. Will be doing her best work late.
