CALL ME TONI (7) is a six-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Steve Jr Epley stable. Most recently finished in the placings at Turfway Park (Synthetic) before going for a break. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks nicely placed. Should feature in the finish. SAUCY SIX (1) booted up from the inside draw to sit on the speed last start then stuck on well to finish 6 lengths away in second over 1m at this track (Turf). Hard to beat in this suitable race. HALF A DECK (8) was safely held when fourth last start over 5½f at Laurel Turf, beaten 3. 5 lengths after a good when resuming win at Laurel. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
