MAJOR OFFENSIVE (1) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten a long neck. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. COMANCHE PEAK (11) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 2.25 lengths when fifth in a 1m1/2f contest at Penn National two weeks ago. Going up a level this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. ELFUEGOMASBRILANTE (7) settled well back and never threatened when seventh over 7½f at this track (Turf) just a week ago. Likely improver with top-three prospects. MODICA (2) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing second over 1m1/2f at Penn National (Turf) last time out. Backmarker who keeps coming. Must be respected.
