CATATUMBO (1) made progress last time out, finishing 3 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m1/4f at Monmouth Park after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BRYCE CANYON (2) returns after a lay-off of ten weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1m1/2f at Tampa Bay Downs. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. MAJESTIC TIGER (3) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing second and only 2 lengths from the winner at the end of 6f. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
