BOLD D'ORO (4) finished 0.3 lengths away in second when resuming from a break on a dirt track at Oaklawn Park over 6f. Followed up with an unplaced effort on turf at this track over 5f. Goes well at this trip, recording three minor placings and will be ready to run a big race. TWO DOLLAR EDDIE (1) is yet to break through after three career starts. Managed to fill a minor placing at Oaklawn Park (Dirt) two starts back before finishing fifth over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last start. Likely to be about the money. KHOOLZAN (3) is returning from a lay-off of eight months. Finished fifth at Gulfstream Park (Dirt) over 6f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Robert G Smith. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. SUMMER READY (5) remains a maiden after four starts. Settled well back last start but wound up steadily to finish fourth over 6f at Laurel (Dirt). Wide draw and will need a good steer from D E Centeno but looks tough to beat. Can sneak into the finish.
