ROBARANDO (4) was well supported when resuming last time out over 5f at Los Alamitos (Dirt) and proved too strong, scoring by half a length. Will be better for that latest run and happy to have him on top. WILL BE (5) went to the paddock after scoring at his only appearance last prep 14 months ago over 6f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will give a great sight. LEAD PIPE JOE (2) is back from a lay-off after closing last campaign with a couple of wins, the latest over 6f at Santa Anita on May 10 2025. Should be poised just off the lead. Should be involved in the finish. VANCOUGAR (6) finished 6 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out over 5½f at Los Alamitos (Dirt) on June 28. Should park just off the speed. Sure to be thereabouts.
