NOTABLE SPEECH (2) finished second two runs back in the G1 Prix Jacques Le Marois at Deauville then improved last time out to score by 1. 75 lengths as public elect over 1m in the G1 Woodbine Mile Stakes. Going up a level this time but he is up to the challenge. SAHLAN (3) is in great form, lifting strongly to score last start over 1m in the G1 Prix du Moulin de Longchamp to make it two in a row. Should be prominent from the low draw. Likely to feature. THE LION IN WINTER (4) fought on well for second last start over 1m in the G1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot, making it two minor placings in a row. Expected to run well again. JOHANNES (7) raced just off the lead before letting down nicely and scoring a 1. 3 lengths win over this journey in the G2 City of Hope Mile Stakes at Santa Anita (Turf) last time. Umberto Rispoli who has nine wins when partnering stays on. Not to be discounted.
