PERFECT SMILE (3) was unplaced on debut then last start finished second over 5½f at Santa Anita after being in the firing line on the corner. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. SAVEL (5) raced once in the maiden campaign when fifth at this track (Dirt) over 6f back on August 24. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. IONIAN GEM (7) is a four-start maiden who could only manage to finish fifth at her latest appearance over 1m at Los Alamitos (Dirt) after she was well back on straightening. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. POCKET VENUS (6) is facing the starter for the first time. By Spun To Run and is out of the Mark Glatt stable. Watch the market closely.
