SLEW'S JOY (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Los Alamitos, beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GREATHEART (4) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 1m at Lone Star Park (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ABADON (8) improved sharply on his seventh two starts back at Los Alamitos Qh (Dirt) with success over 5½f at Los Alamitos (Dirt) two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by one length. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to figure in the finish. BRAVESTONE (7) finished sixth over 1m at Santa Anita (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on April 20. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
