SAXON BEACH (6) went forward last start over 6½f at this track and held on well for third, beaten 3.5 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. CAPITOL HILL (1) finished 4.5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 6½f at this track when fresh from a lay-off. Tackles a longer journey this time. Can play a big role. POINT LOMA (4) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 10 lengths away in eighth over 1m at this track. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
