BRAT (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Tennant Creek, beaten 10 lengths into sixth after being in the firing line on the corner. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. FLYING ANNIE (3) finished 1.5 lengths behind the winner in second over 5½f at this track last start after lifting strongly to score two runs back. Good record at this journey with two wins and four minor placings from eight starts and is expected to be competitive. RUSTIC BOOM (6) is back from a break of three months. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when tenth over 5f at Alice Springs. Worth plenty of thought.
