Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. MAGNETIC ISLAND (6) is still a maiden after nine starts. Could only manage to finish fifth last time out over 6¾f at Warwick following a minor placing at Sunshine Coast over 5f the run prior. Among the leading chances. ROSE OF CHANTILLY (8) is a six-start maiden who finished 11th at her most recent appearance over 7f at Sunshine Coast. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. LANGDOWN LEGACY (2) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Toowoomba, beaten 7 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
