CHOIR POINT (1) resumes after a break of five months. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 5f at Pakenham. Will strip fitter following a recent trial win. Best fresh figures put her right in this. EXCENIA (3) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 3 lengths away in fifth over 5½f at Caulfield Heath on November 12. Fitter for recent trials. Won't find this assignment as tough. Better placed this time and is a genuine threat. SHE DARESTHE DEVIL (4) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out to score by 4 lengths over 5f at Sale when she produced a huge finish. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot repeat the dose. SUPERLIV (7) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 5½f at Geelong after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Another forward showing is anticipated.
