Logan Bates who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Likely to feature. HUMZA BEY (4) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third when resuming last time out over 7f at Sale. Will drift back but is expected to be in the finish again. SUMO SANDY (5) didn't do a bad job when second last start after being in contention on the bend over 1m at this track, beaten half a length. That followed a win at Pakenham the start prior. Nicely placed to return to winning form. RAPID CHEVAL (8) is back from a lay-off of five months. Scored a determined win at her final run last campaign at Gold Coast over 1m1f. One to consider.
