Well placed so expecting a strong run. PHILOSOPHER (2) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 0. 9 lengths, at this track over 4¾f. Should camp just off the leaders. Will play a major role. SPARRING (3) ran well despite being friendless in betting when resuming last time over 4¾f at this track, finishing second and beaten a long neck at 18/1. Will drift back but wind up late. Will be picking them up late. TOOKAY PETE (5) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at this track two starts back then scored by half a length as public elect last time out over 5f at Sandown-Hillside. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
