GLIDING LIGHTENING (5) produced a reasonable effort to finish 2. 75 lengths away in seventh last start over 5½f at Caulfield Heath. That followed a when resuming win at Mornington. Finds a more suitable contest and can return to winning ways. FROSE (2) was prominent on the corner and battled on well to finish second last start over 5f at Yarra Valley, beaten a neck as favourite. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot take this out. BELLA CINQUE (1) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on August 17, finishing fourth and beaten 3. 5 lengths over 5f at Sale. One to consider. TORVEGA (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Ballarat, beaten 4. 5 lengths into eighth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
