IL CUBO (2) has been thereabouts recently, the latest result a fifth beaten 2.5 lengths at Sandown-Hillside over 6½f. Will find this easier than last start. Likely to feature. BRITISH POET (1) pushed forward and went on to record a determined win last start by 1.3 lengths over 7f at this track. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. STORMFRONT (4) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when seventh over 6f at Pakenham. Has further improvement to come and is expected to do much better. RENOVATION SHOW (3) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on 27/10/2024, finishing 13th and beaten 8 lengths over 7f at Sale. Makes plenty of appeal.
