CHARTRES (1) Group 3 placegetter. Progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1m at Bendigo after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. TIZJAMMY (7) wound up strongly last time out to finish a long neck adrift in second over 7½f at Sandown-Hillside. Solid prospects. AWASH (3) finished sixth when resuming last start, beaten 3 lengths, over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside. Is yet to miss the frame from three starts at this distance, including two wins. Will find this easier. Well placed and is one of the contenders. SEB SONG (2) finished fourth over 7f at Caulfield when resuming last start, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
