BROOKLYN BOSS (1) wasn't far away last time out, finishing fourth over 1m1f at Caulfield. The extra journey should play into his hands. Ideally placed to take this out. VADABOY (10) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then was always well out of his ground last start when 11 lengths away in 13th over 1m at Terang. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. COMMANDO DRIFT (5) finished third over 1m4 1/2f at Flemington last time out following a determined win two runs back. Will drift back but wind up late. Among the main hopes. ROGUERY (4) ran a better race when second up last start, finishing fifth and beaten 3.5 lengths at Bendigo.
