Race Tip

WHISKEY GEORGE (4) is in top form with two wins on end, the most recent an effortless 2.75 lengths victory over 5f196yards at Gundagai four weeks ago. Sound record at this distance with two wins and two minor placings from five runs and is right in this. KING INCANTO (2) settled well back from the inside draw last start before coming home nicely to finish fourth over 5f at Tatura. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and the extra ground looks a big plus. Expected to prove tough to stop. ASTUNNER (1) hasn't raced since a minor placing at Gundagai over 5f196yards four weeks ago. Kept ticking over with a placing in a recent trial at Wagga. Rates highly and looks a definite winning hope. ROWDY ANTHEM (7) was beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over 6f at Echuca last time out. Capable of featuring prominently.
