TERNINI (10) is still a maiden after 15 starts. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 5½f at Goulburn following a minor placing at Queanbeyan over 5f the run prior. Finds a nice race and this might be his day. I'M OPINIONATED (7) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 5½f at Port Macquarie. Can improve enough to win this. WINNING WINNIE (3) has been freshened up since she finished 11th over 6f at Pakenham two months ago. Backmarker who keeps coming. One to consider. NODEFENCE (6) finished 13th two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 5f at Carinda, beaten only half a length. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
