RED SEA (1) is still a maiden after five runs. Was well in commission last time out but didn't live up to market expectations, finishing fourth over 5½f at Laurel Turf (Turf). Well placed on this occasion and gets his chance to break the ice. CANDIED UP (2) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish seventh at his latest appearance over 5½f at Colonial Downs Inner Turf (Turf). This looks a nice race so expect him to be right in the finish. FAROOQ (11) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1. 3 lengths from the winner in second over 5½f at Laurel Turf after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. RENOVATOR (3) is returning from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Finished eighth at Gulfstream Park Turf (Turf) over 7½f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Lilith E Boucher.
