ELVIS HIMSELF (11) performed above expectations last time over 5½f at Laurel (Turf), getting the prize by 0.1 lengths. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will play a major role. SUREMEANTTOOBE (1) was a most impressive maiden winner over 5½f at Laurel (Dirt) last time out, scoring by 6 lengths. Re-unites with Mychel J Sanchez who was on board last start. Tougher assignment this time but is one of the main contenders. AL'S ROMEO (4) returned from a break and was on turf for the first time last start when seventh over this course and distance, beaten 5 lengths. Better for that run and is worth plenty of thought.
