GOLDEN AGE (6) performed above expectations last time over 6f at Cranbourne, finishing 1. 2 lengths from the winner in fourth after starting at huge odds. Should feature again. MONT SAINT MICHEL (2) failed to run a strong 7½f last start after a close second over 6½f at Ararat the run prior. Better suited at this shorter trip so looks sure to feature. ARABIAN MYTH (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Mornington, beaten 2. 25 lengths into fifth. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SOTOMAYOR (4) was last at the races when he finished eighth over 1m1/2f at Geelong on August 8. Among the better hopes.
