MARKWELL MUSIC (5) was in the money when resuming at Tuncurry then could only manage seventh last time out over 5f at Taree. Well placed to make amends. COMME CI COMME CA (1) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the David Matts stable. Finished off last campaign with a 12th at Swan Hill four-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Should feature in the finish. POMPEII JEWEL (8) is a three-year-old filly on debut from the stable of Brett Dodson. By Cosmic Force from Nights On Fire. Trialling in good style and looks forward enough. Respect any positive move in betting. LA REGINA (7) is a three-year-old filly on debut by King's Legacy from Watchme who has been a prolific producer of winners. Has only trialled once and finished in the placings at Coffs Harbour. Beautifully drawn and any market lead would add to the confidence.
