LORD OF FLAMES (11) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5f190yards at Grafton. Will be very hard to beat with that run under the belt. IMPENDING FORTUNE (2) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when a neck away in second after he got a long way back in the run over 6½f at Moree. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. PIEDI VELOCI (3) finished 2.25 lengths from the winner in fourth at his most recent outing over 7f at Grafton. Among the better chances in what looks a nice race.
