SHOT DOWN BY LOVE (9) stepped out for her debut over 5f21yards at Grafton back on July 7 and finished eighth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Blinkers come off. Looks hard to beat. DON'T TELL JACK (3) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 9 lengths away in seventh over 5f at Orange. Has the class to take this out. MIDNIGHT BABY (7) was out of the money when resuming but has progressed nicely since, last start finishing fourth at Casino over 5f. Steps up a level but she is good enough to take this out. MISS ORCA (8) is a first-starter by Zariz out of Topmiss. Didn’t show a lot in recent trial. Worth consideration.
