SHAMATON (1) turned in a modest performance when seventh last time out over 6½f at Randwick Kensington, beaten 10 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Finds the right race this time and can return to winning ways. BONCASSIE (4) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 8 lengths away in 11th over 6f at Doomben. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. BOW (9) finished third last time over 7f at Newcastle, beaten 3 lengths. Jon Grisedale gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Has the ability to take care of this field. NEVER SORRY (6) finished a 3 length sixth when resuming last start over 6¼f at Newcastle. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Can improve sharply here.
